REPEALING CHARTER ORDINANCE NO. 2.

Section 1. Charter Ordinance No. 2 enacted the 4th day of December, 1962, exempting the city from the provisions of K.S.A. 79-1953, is hereby repealed for the reason said statute has been repealed by the legislature of Kansas.
